KIDS ART CLASSES
Kids Christmas Art Classes

On Friday the 20th of December.
We will run 2 different classes. A morning session from 10am to 12pm and an afternoon session from 1pm to 3pm. Book one or both!

Classes are held at 4 Drapers Rd in Willow Vale and are suited to primary aged children aged 5 to 11 years.

Morning Session 10am - 12pm $70 early bird
In this class children will create a stick Christmas tree with a Sami Sparrow design for the base and colourful decorations to match. Kids will also stuff baubles with beads, feathers, sequins, dried flowers, bath salt baubles, make colourful paper decorations and more.Afternoon session 1pm - 3pm $70 early bird
In this session children will roll beeswax candles and decorate them with pipe cleaners, beads and ribbons. They will also create a Christmas artwork on a canvas, design Christmas cards and assemble paper chain decorations. -
$75 for one session or $150 for both sessions.

These classes will be facilitated by both Rachel Moodie and Sami Sparrow. Both have valid ‘Working With Children Checks’.

WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY ~ 5 TO 12 YEARS
We will explore all sorts of creative processes and mixed media techniques weekly for 9 weeks. Students will draw, paint, collage and experiment with slab built ceramics. We will work with gelli prints, acrylic painting, illustrating and more!
Payment plans are available. Please contact me if you’d like to trial a class or pay in installments. Please note trials are $30 a class.

Unfortunately if your child is sick or for whatever reason cannot attend I can’t offer a refund or date transfer. You are welcome to transfer their position to another child and advise me of this change :) Thank you for understanding.

Kids will need to wear clothes than can get messy or an apron and bring as water bottle and a snack.

Holiday workshops are held at my home studio at 4 Drapers Rd in Willow Vale. Please make sure you go to Willow Vale as the same address exists in Colo Vale.

WHO IS TEACHING?
Rachel Moodie
Artist
Rachel Moodie is an artist, designer and multifaceted creative based in the NSW Southern Highlands.
She has a BFA from the College of Fine Arts, UNSW and The University of Ulster in Belfast Northern Ireland, and Graphic Design qualifications from Shillington College, Sydney and has spent many years working in arts marketing, graphic design and gallery management.
Rachel has 2 kids and loves learning from them and other young folk!
