About my classes

I love to teach art to kids, teens and adults! I am passionate about helping my students find their unique creative style. It brings me great joy to assist the development of a student’s innate creativity, to help build their confidence and expand their repertoire of artistic skills.

I have studied and worked in fine art, galleries and graphic and web design studios for over 20 years. After moving from Sydney to the Southern Highlands of NSW, with my young family in 2017, I began Play Make-Believe with, early childhood educator, Rose Hoskins. This business combined her love of drama and early childhood education with my love of art into kids holiday workshops that were play, performance and art based. During Covid times this business evolved into ‘at home’ art boxes for kids and online workshops.

Fast forward a few years and I now offer kids holiday art workshops and weekly art classes from my home studio in Willow Vale. I also teach adults in my ‘Cake and Create’ classes - like paint and sip, but with cake. I also host team building workshops, hens parties and more.

In 2024 I was invited to teach at Grampians Brushes in Halls Gap, Victoria and to facilitate a series of kids holiday art workshops at the Southern Highlands Regional Gallery, Ngunungulla.
